We believe there's always room for improvement. That's why when developing DigitalHub we wanted to create something truly original. A service that revolutionised the onboarding of customers, saved time, reduced admin and created a seamless workflow from one stage of the onboarding journey to the next. We think we have made that happen.
Recently we have focused on the brand new ID Verification service (IDVerify) that has been introduced to your CRIFVision-net account via the DigitalHub, however did you know you can also run single or batch PEP and/or CCI (Credit Check Individuals) reports from the DigitalHub along with an IDVerify report?
When uploading a customer to the DigitalHub you can request to add a PEP and/or CCI check to their DigitalHub report in order for you to fulfil KYC compliance with ease, while also reducing the GDPR burden for your business as all reports are located and stored in the Hub.
Simply check the boxes of the reports you want when uploading a customer (or batch of customers) and these reports will be available immediately to view from within the DigitalHub, with corresponding colour coded progress icons for you to make quick analysis of every customer...
If you decide after uploading a customer that you want to run a PEP or CCI report you can do so simply by clicking the grey icon from the Dashboard or from within every customer report. This also applies to expired reports on a customer that you may need to run again.
Tip: You do not need to run an IDVerify report to use the DigitalHub, you can use it solely for PEP/CCI purposes if you wish.
Have you ever had to run individual PEP checks for hundreds of customers at a time? This kind of task, although necessary for compliance reasons, can be time consuming. Those days are gone thanks to the DigitalHub.
The DigitalHub allows you to quickly add a batch of customers for PEP, CCI or IDV checks. Once uploaded you can use the DigitalHub dashboard to quickly see which customers you need to view reports on.
All this data can be stored in the DigitalHub and we call this our SecureStore feature, it removes the compliance burden from your business and ensures all of this sensitive data is kept as secure as possible. SecureStore ensures all your customer data is GDPR compliant while offering audit trails and access controls, so only the right people in your organisation can see the data while allowing you to manage your customer portfolio in the most efficient way possible.
The DigitalHub is now available on every CRIFVision-net account. Simply login and head to the new 'Onboarding' section of the site. Feel free to use your existing units to purchase reports in the DigitalHub, we are also waiving all SecureStore fees until Feb 2022 in order for you to experience all of its amazing features.
